Technical Support

Commenting Rules & How to Ask Questions and Get Support

1. Asking questions relevant to the training

Please do not post questions/matters that are not related to the training module. We hope you understand that we’re suggesting this for the benefit of EVERYONE — please respect other student’s time as well, they want to read relevant matters pertaining to what they’re learning on that particular module.

In short, if your questions is relevant to the video put up on a certain module page, you can post the question in the comment section on the same page.

2. Asking questions NOT relevant to the topic

You might have new questions or gold & silver related problems that you want to ask, but it is not relevant to the video, then please use the Q&A page to submit your question so all members can share and learn from each other.

3. Asking for technical support

If you have some technical questions (such as video problem, download problem, membership support etc), please use the “Support” link to inform or ask questions that’s not related.

Video Streaming

Since most of the training is video based, you will need to stream the video straight from this members area or, you can opt to download it to your computer to watch later.

99% of the online courses out there don’t allow video download. But we do it differently. We let you download whatever we have, just for your convenience. So we do hope that you respect our intellectual properties and don’t simply share it around.

In some cases, the embedded video might not show up correctly. There are some possible causes of this issue:
– you might be viewing this using browser that’s not compatible (we have had issues with Internet Explorer)
– slow internet connection
– some other unknown issues

The SOLUTIONS, try these:

  • reload the page without downloading anything from the Internet
  • use a faster browser like Google Chrome
  • try with different browsers like Firefox and Safari
  • if all fail, it is best to download the video file to your computer.
